Wheel bearing

Our evo 7 has had a whirring noise for the last month or so and i think its coming from the passenger side front bearing but there is no play in any of the wheels when jacked up Is there any other way/technique to find out if its that side for sure?

Any help would be much appreciated

Take the wheel off and feel for any roughness as you turn the flange.
