What Spark plugs should i use

Just wondering what plug i should use to run in mu newly built 2l engine with built botoom end and head and fp red turbo . What plug should i use for running car in and what one do i use after that .

Plugs wont make any difference during run in period to after run in. Id just use standard plugs or if you want maybe go for some heat range 8+ plugs once your up and running.
