What brake pads to fit

Hello i have a 05 evo8 and have been told at the service that i need new brake pads i was gonna fit some ferodo pads but was wondering what they are like i dont hammer the car about so i dont think i need race pads
what do you think

ferodo pads the basic ones will be alright for road use and normal driving but anything over that you'll need racing pads or greenstuff etc not well up on brakes myself im sure som1 will help you out

Fan of Ferodo for all my cars really.
Greenstuff shouldnt be anywhere near an Evo in my opinion. Yellowstuff at a push, if your a grandad.
DS2500 would be where my money went.
