Rite then have a few issues with my boost controller took it for a remap last week and my mapper mapped it in 3rd gear at 1.8 bar but the problem is in 5th and 6th I hit over boost which we set at 1.9 bar he says its because we set it up by upping the boost duty cycle so this gives different boost levels in each gear but the duty remains the same it's at 88% by the way so to stop it hitting over boost I turned the duty cycle down to 82% so now I hit 1.8bar in 6th but in lower gears I'm not hitting 1.8 bar and the lower the gear obviously the lower boost . So does anyone no how to keep at 1.8 bar in all gears as its a very complicated bit ov kit with a tonne of functions and its a bit of nightmare to be honest so anyone with any knowledge on this can they help pls :)

You searched for a manual.. there should be a function to alter the duty per gear if its anything like a apexi avcr? Don't you have a power fc ecu? You should get the boost kit for it and use the ecu to control boost.

If your not sure your best leaving it as it is. It is safer only peaking in final gear as 1.8bar is high boost on a stock engine. Oddly enough removing fuel cut is so easy on the hand commander on a pfc just a bad idea.
