Went to the Tsukuba main track for what was probably my last track day for the year. The temperature was 10 degrees which while warmer than was forecast, was still about 10 degrees below where my tyres become pretty useless but I wasn't going to let that stop me. It was a pretty crowded day with several events being run all together and subsequently they had to bunch people up more then normal making it pretty crowded especially coming into corners.

My time was a couple of seconds slower than my best, but considering the weather and everything else, was to be expected. But I was happy to still do a 1:07.0 with most laps in the 1:07's, and finally breaking 190kmh on the back straight on most laps (very few road cars do) so overall was very pleased with how the car went and had an awesome time as usual

I was experimenting with the camera on my new phone so please forgive the different white balance in some shots.

Welcome to the Pleasuredome.

Early start. Pit next to a mate with an VIII MR with the WRC treatment.

This Porsche was insane, but so was the owner who dropped oil around half the track on the first lap of our first session causing us to get only 2min out of 20 min track time :verymad:
You can see the oil trail on the video I posted below where the idiot had driven on the racing line for half a lap before pulling off the track despite being Black flagged... :facepalm1:

This WRX ended up on it's roof at the hairpin coming onto the back straight shortening our second session....

Some of the Evo's there.

This was pretty quick apparently.

Mildly modded X.

Super clean and pretty quick VII.

Old mate's VIII MR. It looks bloody good, but would look much better dropped 20~30mm.

Very tidy black R34GTR with strut brace courtesy of Sydney Harbour Bridge.

lol

Don't laugh, the Nissan Micra guys are very serious, you should see these cars up close...

Very tidy Celica ST205 GT4.

Another clean VII. This guy is at a lot of the events I go to.

Ex Garage HRS shop car. Nice guy, let me have a sit in it so I could play with it.
Note how insanely low the drivers seat is, I could barely see over the dash...

The roll cage was same design and quality as the one in the Cyber Evo, but with more piping and bracing (thank God).

Video of 5 minutes of fun. A good indication of how my car went in relation to the rest of the field including the black R34.
Watch for the finale courtesy of my mate in the VIII MR :)

I was able to get some info with your post.In yet another case of U.S. automotive jobs being preserved by taxpayer bailout, only to see those jobs ultimately be shipped to Mexico, General Motors Co. has confirmed that its Flint East production facility in Michigan, which makes instrument groups for trucks, will close in November 2013. As a whole, 287 U.S. jobs will be cut. Get a car used buy for your situation.
