Well the car was knocking when turning right, turns out it was the nearside top mount and has now been fixed, new top mount and drop links,
However a new problem has occurred, when driving at around 30 there is a loud rumbling sound, bit like a wheel bearing, it happens when in a straight line or turning left but when I turn left it disappears.... I'm confused has anyone came across this?
Also I read somewhere you can put some extra grease into the top mout bearing?

Well when I got my mot done in April I asked em to find where the noise was coming from and its the same as yours he narrowed it down to ns arb linkage and bushes. I replaced the linkage and it stopped the cracking noise when turning and the drone is still there as I not done the other part,
