Thrust bearing help

I've done this before but it separated second time of trying I've come to do this job again and I can't separate it I've sprayed it up tryed again and still can't separate the thrust bearing any idea's pulling my hair out right now

Evo 8 engine I have just done it 3 hours for one bearing very stressed thanks for reply

Im not understanding what your trying to do fit a new thrust bearing?

were you trying to seperate the box from the engine?

Pennies dropped, release bearing! Have you watched the you tube video just to make sure your on the right side of the clip?
