Reguardless of what that report says its bollox. When the oil price goes up as expected and when the oil price goes down we still pay the higher amount until the next rise.....

Great news...the UK has some of the cheapest petrol in Europe, pre-tax. Phew! Don't know about you guys, but that gives me a world of comfort when I'm filling up after the tax has been added. Given now I know my petrol is such a bargain, I usually get a packet of mints too...treat myself. I just hope the border patrols are keeping an eye out for those pesky French, coming over on the ferry to fill up on our cheapest-in-Europe-pre-tax petrol!!!
