hello everyone. I'm now getting serious about moving on from my impreza wagon, and given that i also need to buy the mrs. a car the Evo VI-VIII seems to fit the bill budget wise, and offer lots of smiles.
Considering checking out the VIII at S&H car sales in Beds, which looks pretty vanilla but is 'running 350BHp'.
Also a few at Paul Brown.
Just wondering what the pick of the bunch is - full fat 400 probably a bit much right now but if I do get a very basic car is there scope to improve the trim and looks a bit with proper OE parts as well as performance?
Very excited about it I have to say.
If anyone fancies meeting me at S&H to check the car out let me know! I'd love an informed opinion as I don't know what the inherent weak spots are on the car..
Will post up in full when I buy.
Cheers all,
Simon (Suffolk)

cheers for the heads up. they certainly talk a good game on their website.
any other specialists you would recommend? Xtreme look OK but maybe biased towards later & more expensive metal..
