- Some say the best turbo Mitsubishi created. the Evo 9 '71 series' turbo is the fastest spooling turbo. Complete with elbow, O2 Sensor, Oil Return and new Actuator making it a brilliant bolt on upgrade for Evo 4,5,6,7,8. Mint and no smoke.
