Strange whisle sound

ello every well after asking on other web-sites and getting no were thought id try u guys :D

ok so replaced the aux belt tensioner bearing twice now due to this whistle sound thinking i might of forced the bearing into hard ect ect but now the sound is back.... so thinking it could be something else like power-steering pump? :confused:

Only does it on cold start up tho and after about a min all goes away :mad: any one else had this same problem? or might even no what it is? ive put two videos on one with the belt running everything and one with out oh and one showing some movement on the pully of the power-steering pump

have you tried changing the powersteering fluid ?

not yet but it looks really really clean tbh :( i did top it up thinking it might be a tad low when going round corners ect but it ended up throwing loads and loads of fluid out :mad: might of put to much in tbh but is back on the correct level mark

In the second vid you removed the aux belt and noise is still there, id be looking at cam/balance belts.

sound deffo not there buddy when the aux belt is off, might be my hks ssq slightly letting off in the 2nd video m8, checked the cam belt all looks fine looks pritty new tbh here is another video i just took today, again the car only does it when its stone cold does it a few times like in the video and then thats it, not sure were to start tbh :mad: :confused:

quick update so last night i decided to spray the aux pully bearing with wd40 and left it over night started her up this morning and nothing no whistle sound. ive replaced the bearing twice now "just the bearing nothing else" so think its time to get the full arm ect... any one no were/who does them? the whistle in the video this time is the hks ssq letting off

Hey take a look at the idler pulley under the power steering pump. Its a 14 bolt take it off turn it with your hands see if it turns smoothly or not.

Also you can listen carefully is the sound near the firewall or headlights
