strange noise

hi peeps do the the evo iv's suffer from front n/s wheel bearings going as ive seen quite a few requests asking about them????
basicly my evo suffers what sounds like a cv joint rattle at around 50mph and seems worse when you turn right and when you go over a lump in the road any ideas????????????????????????
