hi. just bought my first evo and love it. it's an evo 8 fq330 (2004) and it has a sticky and lazy speedo which is not a good idea where i live. does anyone know what the problem could be and how to fix it.(and will it be expensive)?

just realised after reading some other posts,that the above problem could be that the speedo is in kph mode. If this is the case,is it easy to remedy?
In case anyone hasn't yet realised,i am a complete novice at this evo lark and any advice would be a great help. There is after all only one way to learn(stealing knowledge from others) cheers
