i moved to the UK a couple month ago from florida.
But because of insurance i had to buy a dead slow car so i got me a mini.
But now that i have managed to get my 6 years no claim bonus letter from my old insurance in the US, it has been cut down by 6!
If i had bought the car i wanted
2004 evo 8 FQ320 it would have costed me 6k a year lolz
I am day dreaming about owning this baby...
In 2 month i will be looking for one of them.
if it is not an 8 fq320 then atleast a 9mr.

What brings you over to the UK?

The 8 or 9 will be a cracking car and the move to something with that much power and grip will have you sorted for a bit.

Yes, i do think the grip will be an amazing thing to have lol.
I had to move here because of my studies.
I am not used to MOT, but what sort of things can u do to the EVO and still pass the MOT?
the reason why i like the Fq320 is that its pretty much everything i want stock. i would just add my greddy type S, and an HKS SRI and that would be it for now.
but would installing HKS 272 cams something that would fail the mot test?

The biggest issue with MOTs are emissions. A lot of poeple have to pop the cat back on for the MOT and some run a different map. Obviously these cars are really show cars and dont go on the road

Fingers, what he is saying buddy is that when he first came to the UK from the U S of A, he was quoted £6k premiums on an VIII as he had an international license and no proof of no claims bonus.
