Hi, am test driving an Evo X, 330 tomorrow, at present I drive an Evo 8, FQ 330. Can any one give me any suggestions on what would be a nicer car? Taking into account the 8 was supposed to be a house, I have a large dog and no one can fit golf clubs in the boot of a X.

Not being able to fit clubs into the boot is not the only problem on the X!!!
I strongly advise you to walk away from a purchase.
The X has many problems already and it's still fairly new to the market.
The biggest Headache is the timing chain stretch that will be a mandatory change in 22-28k miles and is estimated to cost in excess of £2,200.
The performance is lacking too.

I suggest you get a nice well looked after IX that is still under warranty.

Short of that, you might be interested in the shogun Evolution?????
