Selling my evo 4 need advice

Long story short I'm gonna be putting. My evo 4 up for sale this weekend and I'm stuck of what to say it's not a con I bought the car of a friend who had it in storage for 2 years so he has lost the paperwork it's a good car white only got 65k on the clock well 102km and I've been told it's got dear wheels on it the light rally 1s it's tax tested apparently 360-380 bhp and was thinking of asking 3500 what are ppl thoughts thx
