Points that affect power to everything

I am nearly complete with a VI engine swap into my IV. Right now I am experiencing a problem with the electrical. I am getting zero power every where, it seems everything is grounded as it should be in the dash and with the ecus. The body is grounded with a grounding kit. The battery has about a half charge. When the key is put in and turned the instrument does not light up, nothing works like lights, windows ect. I can't find any issues with the engine bay. Any ideas?

Check the ignition fuse hasn't blown.

Also did you re attach the little suppressors on the rocker cover ?
