paint code? polar white

Hi I am assuming my evo 4 is polar white could any1 tell me the code for it or where I could buy some from preferably not water base paint! Only looking for abit to do front bumper scuffed the arse out of it...

ah sorry its a link to the MLR with colour codes
Evo4 only have 5 colours
red, black, silver, blue an white
