currently using 15w 50 race oil, does this sound about right? what does everyone else use and also where is the best/cheapest plce to get it????

I use silkolene pro s 10w 50 and I get it from OPIE OILS I think there is 25% off at the moment

If you don't do much high rev/temp driving use as i suggested or you can use Millers 5-40 the other alternative is Silkolene Pro-S 5-40

my local shop has recommended Comma Syner-G 5w 40 fully synthetic, does this sound good and will 5ltr be enough for a oil change???

dont think i`ll use the above! just me, give opic oils a ring pal or have a look on there web site
