I finally bout a cd player to replace the ugly hole in the center consle pulled out the wires for the head deck and it sparked. prievous owner cut all wires expect the power wire for some reason.

Now there no speedo, in car lights, centrel locking etc. Now this has hapned before when i first owned the car but i didnt touch the wires at all. Prievous owner got it all up and running from a mitsi garage for me at no cost.

Im just wondering if anyone here knows how to fix this problem so i dont have to pay insane amounts to take to the shop.

BTW the fuses are all fine

which fuses have you checked?
it seems to occur when the radio fuse in drivers footwell blows as it is linked to all other items you've lost
I'd change them all as it is little cost wether they look fine or not

ive checked all fuses in the car, the footwell would be those fuses correct? any fuses under bonnet that could cause anthing?

I cant remember properly but the prievous owner said the misit gargae said something like a wiring problem that went to the fuse box, even they said it was'nt fuses

just change all the blade fuses
they may look ok but it only takes a tiny break that you can't see

There is a 60amp fuse under the bonnet that needs to be unbolted to remove that does all inside

If it sparked when the wires have been moved and now nothin is working only a couple of outcomes, fuse has blown, relay blown, wire melted, wire has fused or wire connection has been pulled out.

These are the only problems that would cause no power, there is a wire connection that is under the dash on the drivers side near the right vent, towards the bulk head that sends power to windows and dash, worth a check, seen it couple of times coming apart or melting, if thats ok just need to check and follow all wires and pull out every fuse to check up close, try to use a small torch to look at some of the fuses hard to see sometimes, also check you got no tin foil instead of fuses, as some people use the foil when a fuse blows, because the small fuses are hard to get hold after 6, only places like halfords, motor stores or dealers sell them, so if you blow late at night some people try to replace with tin foil, see this trick many many times (f*****g major danger) ask mike evo iv, nearly lost his car to this trick(not his fault though owner before)

Hopethis helps boyo
