Good Morning Everyone,
I thought I would say hi, I'm Andy, from Essex.
I have just signed up for the forum as I am currently in the process of buying myself an Evo VIII (Still looking for the right one). I have wanted one for quite some time and this year is the year! The thing is that I have been looking at all the different models (FQ-280, FQ-300, FQ-320 etc) and I am wondering what the fundamental differences are?
Basically I wouldn't mind getting myself an FQ-280 and modifying it for more power however I am concerned that if I did get the factory lower power Evo is it easily possible to have that running at the same power as the higher powered models? I have done a little bit of a google search but nothing has really explained what the differences are between the FQ-280, FQ-300, FQ-320 etc?
Any recommendations will be hugely appreciated! The car will be rebuilt as a show car over time regardless and will be garaged for the most part of the year
All input is appreciated,
Andy
