new sump seal on a evo 4

iam led to believe i can use a type of sealant when putting on my sump again due to cross threaded bolts...not my hand that did the damage:disgusted:...can anybody please recommend one

Retap the thread ...

yep gonna do that mate..but i dont know wich sealant to use...will just normal halfords gasket seal be ok or will i need better sealant..

Most branded stuff is ok. Just check the temps it can handle upto.
Follow guide on manual to re assemble too...
