The rep count is increased by the amounts of thanked posts that you get.

There is also a reputation increase tool that is used to up the count but it is formulaic.

Some times, depending on how many other members are getting thanked, the count remains stagnant.

At other times, when no one else has been thanked, it will increase quickly.

The best gains are when a member with a high rep count increases your count, that is when the rep count gets a helping hand, after all, reputation is only worth something when some one with a reputation is backing you.

If you and Tom carry on the way that you are at the moment, you should be at 3 in no time!

why cant u still get them?its only a problem whilst in the mot bay once out u can put them on your car an mot is only once a year

my angel eyes wont pass mot but ill just fit my original headlights for mot
