What, so no explanation as to what it is?

I don't really understand what else it could be

No, it was basically try everything (Flexy, brake fluid) until you fix the problem with the garage before i went to Evotune. ABS was mentioned.

I've took it to 3 different garages, Evo tune was the last one 3 days ago & they all say it's not the caliper. It's the brake disc that heats up the most, then the alloy. Apparently it could be something further in the car.

you took the car or just the caliper to 3 different garages? does it lock up then free off as it cools down?

just a idea

when it locks up and is hard or impossible to turn the wheel then jack the car up and remove the wheel ,

next undo the bleed nipples if the caliper frees and releases the disc then you have a break line or master cylinder / abs pump fault ,eg a blockage

if there is no change then it is a caliper fault :0)

.

good idea to do this, but as it is an issue that is bought on by heat it always points to caliper but defo worth a shot, only time we had same issue caused by mcyl opposite corners locked up together

I was told when they undone the nipples the pistons just went straight back with a little push. It's going in tomorrow now hopefully it's not too expensive.

I've had the car in 2 garages & the caliper in 3. Evans Halshaw only mot'd it a month ago as well.

They think it's the ABS unit, got one 2nd hand for £60. I've been unloosening the flexy when the pressure builds up to much and the caliper just opens straight back up (just until it gets fixed).

He changed the ABS unit & said their was something wrong with the seals on the master cylinder and changed that as well. It's working fine now.
