Mods evo 8

So I have got my evo 8 and want to do some basic mods but want to know if there is anything that I should check change before I buy these mods?

Also if anyone has any tips on what to buy and where from be great help.

Car is pretty much stock

Yeah I have been to see him about getting new shocks and clutch fitted as I have bought it from a garage with no faults and it has a sticky shock and slippy clutch so want these sorted first, cheers billy
