What yous guy's think of it and what would you recommend
10w60 or 5w40 it is for my evo 5

Not sure on the oil itself, though millers is a well respected brand.

5w 40 is what oil man at opie oils recommends. The thicker one won't allow your oil cooler to cool it quick enough, but will quieten a rattly engine.

I ran 5w 40 round the nurburgring in ambient temps above 25 degrees last year and its been fine. Getting ready for this years new oil now.

I run 10/50 but then I have a forged engine :)

Using silcolene/Fuchs, pro s/Titan race as I always have done in my engines but started using millers NT 75/90 in my gearbox, transfer and rear diff cos its cheaper at the mo :)
