Iv heard ya can get launch control and anti lag for evo 6 can anyone help and tell me where thanks

For full on antilag you will need upgraded ecu and deep pockets for the turbo rebuilds you will need. Mild antilag known as pops and bangs, and launch control can be mapped into your ecu by any mapper

Launch control can be mapped into the standard ECU but as FQ -graigus rightly said, anti-lag needs and aftermarket ECU. Question has to be though, why would you want it ..... Unless you're happy to trash your turbo.
