Lack of power

Took my evo 4 out yesterday as i wanted to test it on a long run to Tough Mudder and it is only boosting at 7psi and feels slow, and some times dies and ticks over a little high when sitting in traffic.

I've checked vac pipes, intercooler, and inlet but cant find any leaks, does anyone have any ideas? could it be my actuator?

Get the actuator rating checked m8 and a local tuning company to put cumputer on it

I had a similar thing on mine and it was the actuator

Right i have borrowed an actuator off my other evo which is a evo 8 one with dust cover, boost fine but i have noticed today that when in 3rd, 4th and 5th i load it up and its pushing around 1.2 bar then the boost backs off a little to around 10psi im puzzled still, but fitting the new actuator has improved the lak of power.
