When pushed hard round Left handers hear this knocking noise from rear drivers side.

Could it be a wheel bearing ? or drive shaft. ?

Changed the bushes to Poly ones but not cured the problem.

The wheel nuts are Ok and Garage checked and drop links ok.
The noise is a rythmic knock but does not do it at slow speeds or straight line only at speed turning left.

We have loads of good used shafts and cv joints if you do need one

The problem is that when it is on a ramp there is no load on the wheels so sometimes it is just touch and go.

Why don't you take it to an empty car park and pull of at speed in a full lock?

If the knocking is consistent then it is the CV Joint/Drive Shaft.

You could take it to an MOT Station and get them to check it over on the four poster as there will be load on the suspension which could well mean that they should be able to find the faulty component(s) in minutes.

Keep us posted.
