ix mr fq-360 hks

Hi guys, just reaching out to see if any one has/ has knowledge on the ix mr fq360 by hks.
What should it state on the logbook under model? Iv seen three different v5sall hks versions.
1) model: lancer
2) model: lancer evo ix mr fq-360
3) model: (this was just left blank)

Any info would be much appreciated.
