Alright guys,
An evo has always been my dream car, annd now insurance quotes dont seem too steep for me, so it may be time to invest in one! im torn between the 4 and the 5, i love the front lip you see on some of the 4s, but also like the flared arches of the 5! is there much performance difference between the 2? also i commut 80 miles a day to and from work, mainly A roads and motoway driving, the evo is potentially going to be used as 2nd car due to the travelling, but just out of interest how bad do you think one would be? im sure id get tempted to travel to and from work in it!

Cheeers,

Hi and welcome to the Forum buddy!!!

You might get tempted but when you do travel to and from work in one, you will not want to do it gain, don't get me wrong, the drive is great! You will come to realise though that you will end up working just to put petrol in it!!!!

8 hour shift just to pay for an hour and 20 minutes drive!!!!!

If you are going to go for an Evo and you are after a IV or a V then I suggest that you go for the V. You get 10 more horses and the engine is a hell of a lot better.

Keep us posted right here.

Evo V is the best bet, you will not go wrong with one.
