how to reset the tps sensor

can someon please tell me how to reset the tps sensor on a evo 5 using a muli meter.
as in what pins do i connect onto

Ive no idea which pins but your looking for 0.72 volts when throttle is closed

It's pin 84 if checking at the ecu, the wire is green/white.
