just got a evo 4 and need to no how to remove speed limiter ? as when it hits 120 the limiter cuts in anyone no how to take it off ???

You need an add-on which derestricts the car and can turn it from kph to mph. The evo specialists will be able to help you out. Where are you located?
(you can fit them yourself from ebay if your confident but I wouldnt recommend it unless you are very sure of what you are doing)

i fitted mine its easy hardest bit is finding the speed sensor
Its at the back to the right poking out the gearbox its a 3 pin plug
you will need a screwdriver to take off the metal clip that hold the plug in
you will need a soldering iron and a de-limitor
and a diagram let me know if you want to do it yourself i will dig out what i used
