How to bleed AYC complete and refill ?

I'm goin to bleed my AYC on my 9. Just wanted to know the best way to do this and best way to refill ? Many thanx

Refill point is in the boot, undo bleed nipple on transfer box ignition on acc flat to the floor and pump will pump out old fluid QUICKLY top res up in boot and repeat, will have to top up a few times until comin out of nipple without air, best as a 2 person job and off the floor so u can access properly, best using a bottle and tube off the nipple so u can see if there any air bubbles

Cheers m8 , but what do people mean when they say put the car on stands and rev the car , is this needed ?

the car shouldnt be turned on, only the ignition on and in the air is best so you can access the bleed nipple, the whole operation can be done with the car on the ground or a ramp lift. the car does need to be flat though.

it took me 10 mins to bleed a couple weeks ago when i done my clutch.

So I'm looking for the AYC bleed nipple under the car , . Don't suppose u have a pic of it So I can easy have u lol sorry , Im just new to this evo tHing and still trying to pick it all up : )

You need all for wheels off the ground to bleed the rear diff. Around 25mph and turn the steering from lock to lock several times with one nipple open. Then repeat with the other nipple

So I'm goin to have to get the car off all 4 wheels on stands , under 1 nipple , get the car to 25 mph until fluid is drained from that 1 then do the same to the 2nd nipple that I'm guessing is rite next to it and do the same , then fill it back up from the boot ?

You need to keep the bottle filled or you'll let air in. It's a bit like bleeding brakes really. Bleed it through till clean fluid comes through. It doesn't hold much fluid so doesn't take long.

Sounds easy enough : ) so do I have to keep both bleed nipples open while I do this or do I have to do 1 at atime , so do the first 1 until clean fluid comes through then do the second 1 ? Also what fluid do I need ? Thanx for this help by the way

Do one at a time. Best to empty the bottle with a syringe first as its less to bleed through
