How long an evo8 turbo should last?

Hey guys, just trying to build up a bit more knowledge on an evo8 260 before i buy one next week. How long do the turbo's normaly last for if the engine is running standard? I know it depends on how hard you drive it etc but just a rough estimate! Just so i know what im looking for in invoices etc. cheers.

My FQ has done 58k now on standard turbo with boost above standard. as long as looked after and warmed up cooled down ect turbo shouldnt be a concern at all mate

Cheers mate, i see they like to eat the clutch! Have you replaced yours with that mileage? I dont mind paying out to maintain it, just dont want to pay out soon as ive bought it.

Funnily enough I have just put a clutch in it last week, I believe it's the first replacement it's had.

As long as you don't do any dodgy launches (you know they dodgy as all you can smell is clutch) they will last a fair while, well mine done nearly 60k

It should last as long as the car as long as you look after it properly

My evo 8 turbo lasted 155k miles on my 8MR.
