I am aware of an issue regarding people using hotmail and similar (msn and live) email addresses where the mail is not being delivered.
I have the feedback loops all set up and have zero traps triggered yet mail is still being dropped.
I have put a work around in place for now until MS come back with the reason for dropping mail. So for the moment it is not fully resolved but is currently working.
