Due to an increasing family I am reluctantly being forced to sell my pride and joy. For sale is my Cosmic grey 2004 facelift EP3 which I have owned for over 4 years with only 1,500 miles on a low compression, fully forged, Clockwise motion, K20, engine and 90,000 miles on the chassis. I have owned this car for the last 4 years and it has always been meticulously maintained by Grinspeed Motorsport regardless of cost and is totally Immaculate in every way.

The car itself has only just finished being professionally built by Stevie at Grinspeed and was mapped by Henry Roy of Triple H Performance in Scotland. Since the engine was built and the custom Rotrex supercharger system was installed the car has only covered 1500 miles (1000 of these were running in miles). Therefore, she has never been abused, never seen a track or drag strip. Even before the forged engine and supercharger system was installed the car only really ever saw dry, summer use. Kept garaged all year round and valeted regularly to a high standard.

Full Service History and comes with a folder full of all Receipts and paperwork, Dyno Graphs for the car since it has been in my possession.

12 months MOT and will come with 6 months tax.

Overall, in the past 4 years I have spent in the region of £25k on this car which gives you an idea what it costs to build a proper example with a low compression Clockwise motion engine.....

Running 434hp and 252lbft torque at the fly (398hp at the wheels).
All engine work was carried out by Ian at Clockwise motion in October 2013 all custom boost pipes (powder coated in matt black) and fuel system was installed by Grinspeed Motorsport.

I am looking for £11,995 and considering what it would cost to build something similar it's not too bad, plus a good deal with a brand new engine and supercharger costing in excess of £9k. I would consider a p/x with a nice Mitsubishi Evolution 9 FQ360.

The car is located in Cumbria, England (LA12),Junction 36 off the M6.
