is the valve not dumping enough for you?

not a lot you can do really unless you want to take it apart and fit a softer spring, cut the original down maybe.....not a mod I've done or would recommend.

upto to you if you want to try it.....could end in tears though.

The dump is fine - Just the bailey I tried before was louder - I'm also still getting slight idle problems and sometimes a cut out, but no where near as much as the bailey used to cut out. Any ideas.

Thanks Mate - Really appreciate it!!

oh got ya :D

if you can stiffen up the spring at all then this will help (stretch, shim ???)

or could adapt to recirculate.......but then you'll hardly hear the valve and I'm guessing thats no good ;)

If there is no adjustment bolt then what Diccon has suggested will need to be done.

Open the valve and stretch the spring or replace it for one that is a little stronger/a little more taught.

This is the best possible solution on the matter.
