help on evo 8 tuning

Hello all. I recently bought an evo 8 from my friend, but it's sitting at standard bhp of 260 or 280.. I'm lookinh to move it to close to or 400bhp.. can anyone help me on parts I need

Theres a brilliant post at the top of the 'tech questions and how to guides' page it lists all the things you need, but basically you want a 3" exhaust with de-cat, walbro 255 lph fuel pump, 10.5 hotside turbo off the evo 8/9 mr, 272 cams, induction kit, three port boost solenoid and remap

Any idea of where to get them and rough prices.. also looking at a hks dump valve .. do I need fitting kit etc

You can get it from simon^^^ is my map gonna be cheaper now si?? Ha ha dont you have to do away with the airflow meter if your running a vent to atmophere dump? Maybe simon could shed some light....

Ah a bit of a ways, you can run vta on maf but depending on dumpvalve could cause stalking issues

To start you`ll need a fuel pump, decat, 3 port boost solenoid and a remap

All will work just some tend to be hit or miss depending on the car. Stock metal recirc work well

Iv got the metal recirc off the evo 9 on but its a bit quiet......dont want a really loud one but a little bit of noise would be nice if its gonna cause issues tho id rather not bother

got a forge recirclating on mine nice bit of kit not to expensive makes a bit of noise!
