Headlight Removal Help

Ay up, one of my xenon main beam is out... at the min im not sure if this is the bulb or ballast... was hoping to pop the bulb in the opposite side which is working to rule out bulb or ballast... but this appears not to be as simple as i thought...

can anybody advise how to remove the front light unit, there could be a simple way that im not seeing... but it looks like a complete front bumper removal, or removing the inner arch plastics.... can anybody advise the best way please? thankyou

ended up removing inner arch and the front end to get the lights out.... while it was all off, i changed both the xenon bulbs.... put it partially back together and fired them up.... still one light out! ... put the light from the left to the right side and tried it to rule out wiring issues... it was fine... so i beleive it now to be the ballast... mitsubishi cant get me one for 3 weeks! anybody out there know where to get one from? ive googled it to no joy really...
