Head Gasket

Looks to me like my head gasket is on it's way out....so basically asking if anyone can give me a ball park figure to the cost of replacement. It's not something I want to do myself so will be looking for a traders price please.

How can you tell the head gasket is gone? Thats EXTREMELY rare on evo's.
