Steevo, Steevo, Steevo,
I am really upset that you did not give me a shout buddy!!

I got the settings mate but will have to go round to my garage tomorrow to pull them up.

You should have Pm'd me earlier!!

Just means a 52 mile round trip on my day off but if it means that your beast is on the road sooner then it's well worth it;);)

Watch this space buddy,

El

El don't stress mate it is not for mine but for my sisters boyf I am trying to get him to join up on here I goun them on the net and advised him. Then told him to ring Norris to double check. If it was for mine you would be my first port of call for sure mate. My clutch should be here Monday and my cams Tuesday so the rebuild can start u will keep u posted anyhow.

for future reference:

Stock Head bolts:

78nm then loosen all bolts fully.

Then 20nm + 90° + 90°

If it is ARP / Cosworth head bolts:

Then with the supplied moly lube used:

I do it in stages of,

20ftlb, 40ftlb, 60ftlb, 80ftlb.

If it's the uprated L19 ARP / Costworth Head bolts:

Again with the supplied moly lube used:

20ftlb, 40ftlb, 65ftlb, 85ftlb.

Note the stock bolts are in Nm and the ARP / Cosworth bolts are ftlb.
