Has anyone got a milltek on their evo?

Hi guys, I'm looking to buy a milltek for my 8. Has anyone got one fitted that can tell me a little bit about it; how loud it is, perf gains etc.

Miltek are a true 3" as some 3" are not a true 3" in the back box, they give really good power gains a few top tuners sear by them.

I have one on my 8MR perfect for driving and sounds well when on boost
They are kid friendly

I had the full system with de cat on my 9 FQ360, it was about 397 brake and slightly less torque with only that fitted and a map so in that respect you couldn't ask for more.
It was quiet, very quiet for having that much power.
In fact I thought I still had the std. FQ360 sport cat fitted until MOT time came

I've been looking at exhausts and this one sounds prefect if it's quiet. Is it much louder then the HKS Superdragger? No problem at track days?

I guess fitting a silenced de-cat, as well to make it a little bit quieter is an option too..

The std. HKS one being too loud was the reason my 9 had the Milltek fitted
My 5 sounds really loud compared to what my 9 did, it has 3" dpipe, de cat and an HKS silent power.
Well it was a silent power but a couple of days after I bought the car the packing shifted in the back box and I had to pull it out

magnex with the 3.5" rolled tip is quieter I thought? :razz:

miltek are quality exhausts, not a cheap option.
