fuel injectors

yesterday i done an oil change on my evo8 and it all went well.

that was untill i started her up and heard a strange ticking/tapping sound?

so i took the screwdrive put it against my ear and started to hunt down the sound.

turns out its number 1 injector.

now would this be something to do with the oil change or something compleatly unrelated

any ideas on what i could do to fix the problem
