After 6 months of trying to get into the air and having every lesson canceled due to the weather Ive finally flown.
Feels an even bigger acheivement because of the amount of times Ive tried!

Waow.

Well done Nick. You going for your PPL ?

Me mate got his after 40hrs and flies the whole time now (although never been up with him yet)

Piper cherokee / warrior ?

Used to be into flying model aircraft - well model jets.

My best ever model was destroyed in a house fire we had and cost more than the Evo I've just bought.

Will get some pics up if interested.

Alan.

I would indeed like to go for my PPL (might need to do it faster than 1 hour per 6 month ;) )

That was a Cherokee - PIPER PA-28.

Always interested in picies! :D

Wow that looks great! Really love that last pic.

Have you not got back into it?

Nah Nick, I lost about £20k of models in the fire and it started the night our daughter was born - she's a bit more expensive to up-keep

Never got the buzz after that.

Please folks - service and replace batteries in your smoke detectors. Saved my life.
