I'm looking to get a ten very soon. I've been waiting for some funds to clear that should be here mid december. I'm looking for a car that has done about 5k miles...
The dilemma is this. Do I go the whole hog and get a 360 or do I be sensible and get a 300, or do I get a 300 and do a little work to get it in the region of 360 to 380..
I was led to believe that if you had the ten re-mapped, mitsubishi know about it as you have to get a code or something to get into the ECU... Is this right? Is there any way of re-mapping the ten without mitsubishi knowing??? Also, is the rfixed price servicing option worth it or is it useless?
Where is the best place to get work done on an evo x? If I do get a bit of work done, I'll probably opt for an induction kit, uprated fuel pump, full system, and alcon front brakes. I'm quite happy with the ride so the suspension will stay the same I think. I love the carbon on the 360 so a rear vortex generator and front lip spoiner will definitely be on the cards!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated..
