Evo IV Changing AYC Fluid

Hi everyone, Im new to this site but it has become quite handy because looking around I found very useful info. I also read a couple of threads about the Evo IV AYC but I just want to get this straight.

So, just last friday I was with a new friend who also has an Evo IV and he heard that "donkey noise" you call when turning at normal speeds and the told me that that was not normal, so after doing some research I found out that indeed it is not normal and also learned about the diffs oils that has to be changed and also de AYC Fluid. Until then the only thing I used to do was check the boot container and it has always being on the right level.

I read that that donkey noise can be fixed by changing the AYC fluid, right? So Im planning to make some manteinance and change the Diffs oil (75w-90) and also the AYC (SPIII) which I hope to find here in my country (Bolivia). Asking some friends them told me that they used 80w-90 for the diff (maybe them couldnt find 75w-90).

Ok, so what Id like to know is, I just change the diffs oild and for the AYC I have to bleed the system as I read (running 2nd or 3rd gear at about 1500-2000rpms and turning the wheel from lock to lock and then refill the diff.

Does this afect in anyway the bottle in the boot? I should use the same SPIII for the AYC in the diff and also in the boot bottle?

Also I have another doubt, dont know If I should make another thread, but anyways, so the problem is that my car is almost stock apart from the HKS mushroom intake and Im doing 1bar (I think I saw somewhere that its the normal stock Evo IV boost pressure) and from one day to another it started running reach, so that when I floor it I see a black cloud coming from the exhaust, does someone know why can this be?

The bottle in the boot is where you fill the ayc up from so when you drain the ayc that bottle will empty so yh will need to be filled again.

Stock 4 pressure is 0.8 bar and if you have black smoke u should have your map checked to make sure the afrs are all ok mate

Diff drain is on the diff.
Ayc is the black bottle in the boot.
Std boost is 0.7
Put vac pipe direct from turbo to actuator and run it. But carefully as you may overshoot. You may find you hit a 'brick wall' when you hit boost cut.
Black smoke on boost would indicate over fueling. Get it checked. Have you got yellow or red/pink injectors fitted?

Dont you fill AYC fluid also from the diff? As I read I believe the rear diff has 4 plugs, 2 for draining Oil/AYC Fluid and 2 for refilling, am I wrong? How many liters are needed for the diffs and for the AYC total?

About the black smoke I'll talk to my mechanic about it because I dont really understand what you meant about putting the VAC pipe direct from turbo to actuator. But now that you mention it I fitted a manual boost controller sometime ago but I have it removed because I believe because of the poor gasoline that is sold in my country the car didnt run smoothly when flooring it it. Maybe it was about that time when it later started running rich.

It indeed its overfueling because my gas consumption has risen from about 8km/lt to 5.5kms/lt and it smells quite strong (but I dont have any leaks). Im also gonna check the injectors, I dont know, can I see them just by opening the hood or where do I see them colors?

Just checked, I've got red injectors, what does that mean?

Just checked 560cc stock e4 injectors.
