Evo 8 Troubles......please help

When i start my e8 it turns on and its like ive started it with my foot to the floor. For some reason it just revs its tits off and won't stop until i turn it off. Ive taken it to a few people who cant find the issue ive had a new throttle body new ICV, new MAf sensor, new everything in the past month ive spent about 3k on it and no where near the answer, it just revs

I suspect you are getting unthrottled air going into your engine, either whip your intake manifold off and check any gaskets/seals after the throttle body (and including) or start it up and get a friend that smokes to blow some around your intake area. hopefully you will be able to see some being drawn in somewhere
