Evo 8 fq300 clutch

So I've just got my evo drives really nice and tight gear changes seem fine however when you fully press the clutch down whether in gear or not it makes a grinding noise... I'm thinking it could be the clutch bearing any ideas??
And if it is the clutch and flywheel can anyone recommend a decent one nothing too pricey
