Hi guys,
iv recently got myself a tubular manifold and im looking to swap it over from from the standard one,

But i dnt want to just try taking the bolts out and then they snap on my, leaving the thread in the block,
so is there an easy way to get the bolts out, ie, heating/frezzing them or should i just use brute strenght?
thanks:awesome:

Run the engine for a little while to heat them all up. Spray with wd40. Then try tighten a touch before loosening of with as long a bar as possible for leverage.

You don't want them too hot, you only have to run the engine for a couple of mins to get the desired effect, or use a heat flame like a blowtorch and wd40

I was scared other week as mine were rusted to death, i got a new stud set and nuts off ebay, just wd30 em and go for it if there gunna snap they will no matter what! Also remember the lower studs are into the oil gallery so use ptfe tape on threads in block or will leak!!!
